Win Antivirus Pro 2005?

Has anyone heard of this program? My dad installed it onto his computer, thinking it would help some of his spyware and general computer problems, but when I checked his cpu usage it was at 100%. I turned off the av, and it dropped to about 5. Based on his description of how he downloaded the program, and the *one* page I've managed to find by anyone else who has used it, I'm convinced this is a scam. Just wondering if anybody else might know something.
