Win Background

I just Re Installed Win7. and I made a new Background Image.

My Display RES. is 1320x768 so I made my Image 768 Tall I do not mind the Wideth.

When I set the Image for Windows to find it and Display it as Background it is way off the Screen Tom and Bottom.
And Fillsout the Left and Right Sides.

But when I go to Right Click my DeskTop Screen then Click Personolize and Pick it it looks good in the List here.
Am I doing this Wrong where do I See the Settings for how to Show the Image?

Ok I have my Win7. Theme Set to Windows Clasic.

Now when I Right Click on the DeskTop and Pick Personlize.

On the Screen on the Bottom Left I should See Windows Bacground I do not.

It just says Window Background.
I Click this and I can go into the Dropdown List and pick from Windows Photos.

But I Pick Brows and pick My Photo.

It is then opened and has a Check in it.

And if I Like it I can Click Save Changes.

But I did have the Box on the Bottom Left for Setting how you want the Photo to Sit in the DeskTop.

Left Right Center.

This is not here?

What am I missing?

 

So you don't see the choice box in picture three (Fill, Fit, Stretch, Tile, Center)? What you want is Fit if you just want the top and bottom to line up. I think that will automatically center the picture left to right and give you a black background in the empty space left and right...

On your screen you may have to scroll down to see the options. Sounds like you are on a laptop, so click on a blank space and then use the down key to scroll down to the options.

I am ok now it was all because of my Bad Eyes.

I put my Mouse over the Bottom of the Personolize Window and Draged it Down.

Then the Part of the Sreen that asks you hot do you want the Image to be Displayed was here.

All is Ok.
