Win Media Player or Real P.

    When I use Music Match Jukebox, it accurately shows files on my 256 mb 250/17 Philips Nike portable mp3 player. But it is buggy. Would like to try Real or Win M.P., but when I hook up to Drive E, they both read 0 files on the player. Any ideas?
