I am trying to automate the backup process using the built-in backup program on a WIN NT server. This was set up by a previous admin as there is a batch file sitting on the desktop. It contains the command prompt necessary to execute the backup. I know that there is a "at" command that can be executed from the command line to schedule the backup, and I have located the necessary syntax in the help section. The problem is I need to modify the schedule that the backup runs on and I can't find where the current schedule commands are stored. I could reissue another command promt "at" command but that may not eliminate the previous one. I can see that the backup is running each night in the Event Viewer, but that doesn't show where the commands (used to execute the batch file) are stored. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I guess with WinNT you mean WinNT4 where the AT-command is used to communicate with the Schedule-service, which is responsible for keeping track of the scheduled tasks.

To view all scheduled tasks (Will list id's)
    Code:
    at \\computername
To view a specific scheduled task:
    Code:
    at \\computername id
    http://support.microsoft.com/?id=313565

Seems you have to delete the existing scheduled-task, and create a new one with the changed schedule.

Many many thanks for your help. I appear to have the problem solved. The link you included was quite helpful. This board rocks.
