Win-Spy Uninstall w/out password and username

Hey all...

So Im working on a friends machine that he got from another friend etc. Win-Spy is installed and were trying to eliminate it, but dont have a working username or password...

Cant uninstall because it require the username and password to do anything. Argh... So, Im hoping that someone floating in this cesspool of genius tech brains can lend a suggestion that will help...
