win troubleshooter

I have Win98 and Help Troubleshooter will ot work.I check a box, click next and nothing happens. Any ihelp as to what might have happrned? It has worked up until recently. Thanks, Mike.

 

I have the same problem with the installed help file (Windows.chm located in Windows\Help directory) in the Troubleshooter section where the Next button doesn't display anything. For information this is accessed via the Start Menu/Help and selecting Contents and then Troubleshooting. The help file viewer uses HTML Help Control Version 5.2.3735.0 on my system and there doesn't appear to be an update to this at Microsoft's web-site.

Problems

I have lots of problems, and my biggest problem is not being able to deal with the first problem, whichever one that may be; they sort of rotate so I abdicate to initiate resposibility ........... "This Bud's for You".
