Win Ultimate

Haven't been here for awhile. Too old and lazy to do a search. Upgraded wife's computer to win 10, from her win 8.1 and no problem. Upgraded my system to 10 from a win7 (86) and all was well xcept I lost all internet connections. Could not figure out the problem. Reverted back to win 7 and all is fine. Just want to know if there is new Win OS is in the future and will it be a better OS. Keep getting reminders from win 10, but no problems getting rid of them. I can find my way around 10, but just more complicated for an old guy,,,,,,,,can't keep up anymore. Thanks for any replies.

Win 10 is the last Microsoft OS - it will simply be updated.
Post in the SOFTWARE forum about your issue with network connection issues when upgrading 7 to 10.

What's the make and model of your Windows 7 computer?

Some people, including myself, ran into issues upgrading to Win 10 from earlier Windows versions. We (that had issues with the upgrade route) did clean installs of Windows 10 and no longer had those issues.
