Win Update Service Stopped Running

Today I was on youtube and Windows update window just randomly popped up with warning stating that I should search for updates. I clicked to search and I got an error message stating that "Windows can't search for updates because the update service is not running". Now when I go to start menu and search "windows update", I click on it, the window pops up but it immediately freezes "not responding". I ran AdwCleaner and Malwarebytes and I have attached files below. Thanks

 

Like TimW said run the troubleshooter and it will fix the windows update error.

 

Thanks for the quick response. I went ahead and fixed the problem manually by stopping service, deleting folder, and restarting service. But now about an hour ago, I was listening to music and the sound out of my headphones just stopped working. Seems that something is jacking things up. And then out of nowhere my PC downloads NVidia drivers on its own. Now i have a process called "NVDisplay.Container.exe", and I can't stop the process even when logged into my Admin account. I uninstalled the drivers that installed themselves. I just started with the "Cleaning instructions" on MGeeks. I have downloading all tools and am just started to run Malwarebytes again.

Thats good news. Should I re-run adware cleaner and remove what it has found?
