Win XP Home IE problems..

    Ok here is the deal.

    Laptop running XP home. When going to use IE it doesn't connect to websites. I know the nic's and modem work. I can do a IPCONFIG and see the DNS sever and ping it. I am at a stump here. I can not find a download to reload the IE for XP. Thanks for any type of info I can get will work.
