Win XP Question

I was using W2K at work until a couple of months ago, mostly due to an out-of-date piece of software that we had let the maintenance lapse on/

When we finally were forced to go to the new version of the software, I FINALLY got to upgade to XP (almost a little late, dontcha think?).

Anyway, how do you turn off the little notifocation "balloons" thath pop up in the lower right corner (The system tray I guess? Where the clock is...) EVERY time I print, or plug in my USB memory stick, or some other things.

Very annoying, my XP at home doesn't do that, and I'm just computer illiterate enough to not want to chance messing something up.

Download and install TweakUI (you'll fine the download in the right column 147kb)

In TweakUI, click on "Taskbar and Start Menu"

Uncheck "Enable Balloon Tips"
