Win. XP service pack2

    Hello all,

    Has anyone downloaded win xp SP2? What are your thoughts about it? Is it ever going to be a "critical" update or will it forever stay as "download at your own risk" type update?!

    Yeah I forgot to install it over the weekend..... just to test out, curious me :) ( I have image of OS drive so if it fluffs anything up it takes 15 mins to recover image )

    Have a bit of work to do on PC this week, so don't really need the grief and hassle, but as that discussion and others have gone its NOT advisable with a working PC to install Alpha's, Beta's or RC's unless you are aware you are taking a risk with none fully tested software, thats not to say when it goes gold/final if won't flufff up your pc anyhow ;)

    Thems the risks.... best advice wait.
