WIN XP SP2 Icon dragging help

    Hello.

    I am having a problem with my PC. It seems that now, when I drag an icon (such as a song) to a folder and then let go of my mouse, the file is not added to that folder, rather it remains in the current folder.

    Does anybody know of an option I can select to fix this?
