Win10/64: Pinning To Taskbar?

I had done this before but forgot how: how do I add an icon to the taskbar?

 

Start the app and right click its icon on the taskbar. Click Pin

 

if you are adding a app or program from the start menu you right click and click on more and you should see pin to taskbar

 

Uhh...I didn't see the options.

Are you using Classic Shell or some other start menu software? If not then your Win 10 needs repairing.

I found the options you two specified, but on other files.

 

I suggest running Tweaking.com. It is very effective in dealing with Windows configuration errors. Follow the instructions carefully.
