I have a Win10 Two in One Tablet Model W1166 and it works great.

Now I go to the MS Store and get NetFlix and TuneIn Radio.
After I install them I go to my Start Menu then to the Apps and Right Click on NetFlix.

And I can have it Pin to theTaskBar or go on the Top of the Start Menu I forget what the name of this is.

But after say 5 Days or so I go to my Start Menu and at the Top I see NetFlix Icone but it looks like a Blank Icone.

And yes it still works and opens NetFlix.

So I call Microsoft and they take Remote of my System.

They Clear the Apps Cash they say and the NetFlix Icone shows as the NetFlix Logo again.

But only for say 5. Days or so.

What is making my NetFlix and TuneIn Radio Apps lose the Logo that is on them?

You could try rebuilding the icon cache database manually, or try forcing the shell to rebuild its icon cache
    Should work for Win10 also.

Or you could try deleting the old icon and then browse your system to the actual files install location, right click on the executable (ie Netflix.exe), select “Pin to Start Menu” or “Pin to Taskbar”.
The icon should appear as it should now.
