Win10 Login?

So, I upgraded my lappie to Win 10 from Win 7. So far it has been relatively painless.I moved all my files into my documents folder, and link all my files/folders as links. So far so good. Is there a way to resert my login question to a password instead of a PIN?

Once I get this done, on to my desktop in my living room.

 

Just below the sign in box there is 'Change how you sign in' or words to that effect.

 

On reflection, it is not that urgent. I was just getting used to the accounts / users thing. I'll be fighting the issue again when I upgrade my Desktop in the living room, which has my printer and 1 TB hard drive, which I will share. In upgrading my lappie to win 10, it isn't pretty or easy. They have botched the power setting pretty badly from what I can tell. There seems to be no way to turn off either hibernate or sleep. Win 7 had it, I am now force to use my laptop (with a large screen monitor and USB keyboard attached) open, as it goes into on or the other when I close the lid/screen.

Try using the power settings in Control Panel, they work fine for me.

 

With all my dinking around the disable choice came up, no idea why. On to the next problem.
