   I just got Win10 and after Say 15 MIN. I come back and my Display is Off.
   
   My Monitor is HDMI and I Hit the Space Bar and the Display Turns On.
   
   So I go into Power Options in Win10 and have Display Turn Off Set to Never and Sleep Set to Never.
   What should I check now?

   you need to change the settings in power options and change the screen sleep time to never and your screen wont go to sleep.
