Win10 Specs

I just got an DeskTop PC with Win10 and an i5 CPU.

I know the things I Asked to be put in my System and yes I did get a Readout of everything in my System.
But it is so small to check over.

If I Run the Program Speccy will this give me a Full Readout of everything in my System?

Like the Video Card I have and the Video Memory on the Video Card?
And how much Cache is on my CPU?

I wanted to know just how good Speccy is or should I use another Program?
