Win10 Tablet

    I have an RCA Win10 2. in one Tablet.

    So as soon as you take the screen off of the keyboard it goes into Tablet mode.

    So I bring up my Apps and I see NetFlix.
    If I Hold my Finger on it and try to Drag it to my Home screen it wont move.

    If I hold my Finger on it and then let go a menu opens.
    Pin to taskbar.
    Share.
    Uninstall.

    If I go to Share it takes me to the MS SAtore.

    How do I make shortcuts on my Home Scree?
