Win11/64 Laptop: Handling The Context Menus?

I have a Win11/64 laptop and want to edit the context menus in Explorer of different file classes. I am familiar with the system Registry but nowhere near enough for the task. I want to move lesser used options out of the main menu and often-used options to the main menu. What program can I use to do that?

If I were to be doing this, though, I would try using programs I already have, such as Glary Utilities and/or Winaero Tweaker

 

I believe I have CCleaner. Thank you. BTW, the link says I should back up the system Registry before using such software. What program can do that?

 

Open the Windows Registry Editor, click "File", then click "Export". Save the *.reg file someplace safe.

I used ContextMenuManager.NET.4.0.exe to remove some items, and it worked. Now, I want to remove more items but don't know what they are. I attached a screenshot.

 

Which ones are you looking to remove?

 

I removed some already. I just need to know what the items in the screenshot that are enabled do, so I know if it's safe to remove them.

 

All it will do is remove the entry from the context menu, and should not affect operations.

However, my own search was not especially edifying. What sort of files are you seeing that particular context menu entry on? If you're not seeing them anywhere other than your context menu manager program, I'd simply leave them be.

 

Well, this is for general file options. I'd better work on other file class options soon.

 

I was playing with the program and have a problem: I accidentally disabled the SendTo menu. I use it heavily and need it. What option is responsible for it? I'm using ContextMenuManager.NET.4.0.exe.

 

Never mind: I found it! I was looking in the wrong place.

 

I recently tried ContextMenuManager.NET.4.0.exe on my Win7/64 laptop at my day program, and it said I need to download a language pack. That computer currently does not have internet access. I had to press OK, but I'm afraid it won't display that message again. Where and how can I download one?
