Win11/64: Mounting .iso As Cd?

Hi! I had a Win10/64 laptop, and it had a program that allowed me to mount a ISO image as a CD, but the laptop broke, and I don't remember the name of the program. Can somebody here post a link to such a program for me, please?

I have recently downloaded an ISO mounter for Win98SE, as I have one at my mother's house. I also have a WinXP laptop at my mother's house and a Win7/64 laptop at a day program. The Win7 laptop needs the Administrator password. Where can I get an ISO mounter for them?

I have never needed to mount an ISO in Windows 7. I simply right click and "burn" the ISO to a CD/DVD or USB stick.

I can't help with XP and 98SE. I'm in my mid 70's; my memory is not as good as it used to be and I haven't looked at either of those versions of Windows in 8 or more years.

I have CD-RW drives and disks, but all my unused CD-RWs are at my mother's house.
