Win11/64 Shell Issue Still W/ File Class Settings

Hi! I have access to two Win64 laptops, and sometimes I have problems with the Explorer's file class menus, including for .C files. Right now, one laptop displays the file type for .C files as "Notepad++ Document" when I want it to display as "C Module." I have a ShellNew extension for .C files, and their entry shows the correct icon and file type. I tried the modifications to the Registry myself. I am wondering what's causing this, as I have similar issues with other file types. BTW, the right file options appear when I right-click a .C file. I attached the Registry exports.
