    Hello all:

Having issues w/Win2k and need assistance, please.

1). when starting a program that previously ran just fine, I now get the following: "c:\winnt\system32\autoexec.nt. The system file is not suitable for running MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows applications. Choose close to terminate the application."
Close and Ignore are the options. Nothing happens when I click "ignore".

If anyone can assist, I will be most appreciative. Feel free to e-mail me.
    Thanks in advance.
