Win32 Comm Driver: Error

Hello...

System:
Dell Dimension 4600
WinXP Pro w/ SR2
3GB Ram / 2.60Ghz P4
300 GB Hard drive
Running Onyx 7.0v / Cut-Server 2.06v

Anyone who might know or understand this issue, I seriously need your assistance....

Installed AutoDesk DWG TrueView program the other day and it seemed to disrupt my system, so I uninstalled the program.

It wasn't until I tried to Contour-Cut a print job through Cut-Server that I started getting this message:

Win32 Comm Driver: Error 1

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the entire Onyx program and still get this Win32 Com error message.
AutoDesk is of NO help!!!
Onyx support thinks it is more of a Windows problem.
I could not find anything of help at Mircosoft.

Does anyone know how to resolve this one?
