Win7/64 Laptop: Some Shellnew Entries Don't Display!

Hi! I have a Win7/64 laptop at a day program and sometimes use my TemplatevCreator for Windows program to create new files. Two files to which I associated TmpCreat were already defined, one I defined myself and two I defined with EditPad Lite. The first three appear in the ShellNew menu and work fine. However, the associations made with EditPad don't. I believe the file type appears properly, but I don't remember if the icon is displayed properly. :( I thought I had the registry dumps for one of the problem file types, but I can't find it right now. When I go back there tomorrow, I need to grab the dumps again. Until then, what could cause this? I often have similar issues with 64-bit versions of Windows.

I found the dumps: they were on another flash drive, and I didn't want to try it at the time, because all three USB ports were in use. I'm attaching them now.
