    I have a Win7. DeskTop and I always make a System Image.
I go to Backup And Restore.
Then I Click Create System Image.

But I always pick to have it put on my USB Hard Drive.
But it does give an option to have it put on One or More DVDs.
So today I thought I would try it.

So I put a Dabble Layer Blank DVD in my Drive and go to Backup And Restore.
    Then Click Create System Image.

A Check is in DVD Writer and I Click Next.
It Tells me my C: Drive will be Backeup and I Click Next.

It starts to do it but after say 6. Seconds it stops and Tells me Please Insert A Disk Bigger then 1. GB.

But it is a Dabble Layer DVD.
    So I Click ok.

I Click Next and it Says do you want to Format it.

I Click Yes and it goes though and after it just goes around and around.
I did try Single Layer DVDs to and the same thing happens.

I have a 1. TB Hard Drive but it still should let me Backup to More then one Disk.

    Can anybody help?

Not sure why you are having issues specifically but backing onto DVD is probably going to take a very long time to do because of the sloowwwww write speed.

Although I use Win7, I have to confess that I also do not use the o/s back up feature but rely on a third party prog which copies the image to a secondary HDD.
