I have tried everything I could think of with no internet for days,
-peer network grouping service depends on peer networking identity manager, peer name resolution protocol to start
error 1068: the dependency service or group failed to start....
    - I have tried deleting the files in the folders:
    "C:\Windows\ServiceProfiles\LocalService\AppData\Roaming\PeerNetworking\idstore.sst"
    and
    "C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Crypto\RSA\MachineKeys"
-have tried all of the troubleshooters
-have run multiple virus, malware, spyware, etc etc...
    - have sat on the phone with comcast for hours, all with no luck.....
If anyone knows something else to try, some other way around this...is there any way to completely erase your network footprint and start fresh? As if you just formated without having to reformat????
This is a very frustrating problem and not being able to research stuff because no internet access just adds to the problems.
Any ideas would help tremendously!! And sorry if I dont reply very soon I have to get on a friends pc to check internet...

    What is the exact model?
Comcast is your ISP. Are you connecting directly to a modem or do you have a modem and a router too? Please mention brand and models of these.

    If that does not help:
    1) Drag your friends PC to your connection, see if he can connect.
    2) List your exact hardware and how it is connected
    3) Go to the Command Prompt, type in
    ipconfig /all
Post the results (you can use the snipping tool if it is a long list)
    4) Take your PC to your friends and make sure you can connect

I know this is a lot to do, but the more you do the more we can help.
