Win7 - Winlogon - Userinit.exe and hkcmd.exe

Getting error (caution) box on start up of windows7.
1st:
winlogon - the procedure entry point interlocked exchange could not be located in dynamic link library kernel32.dll

same thing with hkcmd.exe and userinit.exe-

Any suggestions?

Windows7 with all updates,
Acer, with 4 gig memory and 64 bit os.

Go through the READ & RUN ME FIRST and post your logs in a new thread in the Malware Removal forum.
Hopefully my suspicions won't be confirmed. :eek
