Win98 missing file

    I installed SpyBlaster on my sisters pc over the weekend, when I try to run the program is comes up with this error :
    Windows missing important file: MSVBVM60.DLL
    This is an older compaq desktop pc, I wondering if there is a place on the net where I can get this file for download. If anyone knows where please let me know. I'd like to find this file.
