Win98 Themes: Doing It Wrong?

    I now have a new Windows 98SE minitower at my mother's house. I installed some themes on it and used one of them. It looked much better than the default colors. :) However, I rhink I installed it the wrong way, as certain features don't appear, such as the wallpaper and sounds. I gather I have to install them to a specific folder. To which folder do I have to extract the themes?
