Win98SE - IE 6.0 Privacy Tab missing

    Dumb question...

    The Privacy tab is missing from Internet Explorer 6.0 and I need to adjust my cookie settings. I am running Win98SE. I don't remember setting anything to remove it. It is possible my kids did it by accident.

    Does anyone know how to restore the Privacy tab under Tools in IE6.0?

    Check your system for spyware as well, I've seen them do this.

    [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\
    Control Panel]
    [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\
    Control Panel]

    Look for PrivacyTab on the right.


    Change the value to 0
