win98se reformat and setup

I am on win98se with one HD.On drive D I hv win98se folder.Now I want to reformat drive C and setup win98se from drive D(data).Plse guide me step by step on above subject.

To Format or Not

Formatting and reinstalling w98se is a pretty serious step and I wonder why you need to do that. There are many ways to clean up W98 and keep it squeaky clean as an OS before you do the ultimate - because when you do it you will lose everything not backed up. I am always terribly reluctant to drop the format bomb unless there is no other alternative. Analyse first if the probs you have are insoluble - formatting is a last resort - very often the problem is simply solved by Diagnosis and repair.
