Winamp/win64: Midi Volume Bug?

    Hi! I have WinAmp on a Win10/64 laptop and, when I open a MIDI file, the MIDI output volume is low. How do I fix it so that the volume stays up when I load a MIDI file?

    Is the volume normal when playing the MIDI files in Windows Media Player?

    It does on my Win98 computer, but I didn't try it on the laptop.
