for winamp, i right click on my total commander (or windows explorer) and i dont see the Enqueue in Winamp option at all...i checked on the settings in winamp, i dont know why?

This is where you will find the enqueue: click Options>Preferences>File types, you will find the option there.

    huh?

i'm definitely on an audio file when trying to select...i have folders organized with audio files and like i said, i've seen it before on xp...all i see now is Add to Windows Media Playlist and not the Enqueue in Winamp playlist option

I think I circled the wrong option. The one you want should be the one below that.

tha'ts not it either...i have it selected and it doesn't do anything...but i thought that option was if i double click, it will enqueue as oppose to opening the file...i dont want to enqueue when i double click, i want to enqueue when i'm on the actual file in the folder (while listening to another song in winamp already) and right click and see the Enqueue option so it'll be the next song played, sort of adding to playlist

what i do is open a particular audio file by double clicking and playing it in winamp...and then i will go through the folder and highlight all the songs i want, then i right click and select enqueue into winamp playlist option...

another thing i want to ask about is when i'm in preferences, i select the option where i want to associate all my audio files with winamp, but once i hit audio only, and close, it does'nt save...i would go back into the preferences and see all the audio types are deselected...

You may want to uninstall then reinstall your winamp, Both options work fine for me.I didn't have them set now I do, and now I have those options in the context menu.

son of a gun, that's exactly what i want and what i had before...i actually did uninstall and resinstall BEFORE i posted on mg...so i dont know if that will do anything at all... i might want to try an earlier version of winamp then...

    are you running vista?

    thanks again...

I just "enqueue" within the player itself. So, personally, I'm not missing anything.

But, one who has the enqueue, process, should be able to post a reg "hack"/"edit" here, to fix the issue.

    Here is a possible solution:

    Found here:

    http://forums.winamp.com/showthread.php?threadid=266074

Btw, with x64, make sure the two commands say ---> "C:\Program Files (x86)\Winamp\winamp.exe" /ADD "%1"
