window installer

    hi there,just wanna know if anyone can tell why when i want to delete or right click to open something window installer pops up and my tower makes a bit of noise at the same time.u can tell i dont know much about computers but i'm learning.i hate the way it just pops up when i just wanna delete something.

    its xp pro,but i read up more about it and found this program could unlocker assistant.i downloaded it and its fine now.:-D it has'nt happened since.
