window scroll

    What could cause a window to open and have no scroll bar on it. It has happened to me several times this week and the only way I have found to get out of it is to restart the computer. Resize the window does no good. The scroll bar still is not there.

    What kind of windows are they? It's something that can happen on internet pages if the web page author specified no scroll bar (not a good policy normally but some people do some strange things!). Happening in OS windows I haven't heard of.
