Window Setting

I'll try to explain. I created a folder on my desktop called Forums where I keep all my favorite forums. When I open the folder and click on a forum the site used to open on TOP of my forum folder, and the folder would sit on the taskbar. Now when I open a forum, my folder stays open and the forum site loads underneath it, so I have to minimize my folder to see what's underneath. Very annoying. I don't know what I changed. Any help would be appreciated.

 

Assuming you are using Windows XP.

Go to the link below and scroll down to #66 on the right-hand side (Prevent Programs from Stealing Focus) and run it. Be sure to create a restore point before you use it, just to be safe.

To use the VBS Files: Download .vbs file and save it to your hard drive (you may want to right click and use Save Target As). Double click the vbs file. You will be prompted when the script is done.
