Window won't open maximised

    when opening links in outlook express the window just bounces and won't open full screen unless I right click on it on the task bar and open it from maximise. Any ideas please?

    Hvae you tried maximizing Internet Explorer so it is full screen, closing it, then opening a link from OE?
