Windows 10 1909 Spotlight

The following used to get the spotlight unstuck but it did not work. All I can see is picture and want to use Spotlight. How can I do this?

1st power shaell cmd

second command

Last PowerShell command line: completes the fix Do the paste twice

$manifest = (Get-AppxPackage *ContentDeliveryManager*).InstallLocation + '\AppxManifest.xml' ; Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $manifest

 

I went to customization where the mod placed the post but it did not say anything new. I tried several ways on Google, system restore, power shell and cmd all to no avail.
I am disappointed that my old fix no longer works. I ended up with an image recovery and am OK now.
I wish there was a fix because spotlight is really nice but it breaks every once in a while.

 

I wonder how to call the attention t the right party. I had this happen a long time ago too.
I give feedback but it persists. It is too bad we could not get the attention of the right dept. within MS.
