Windows 10 64-bit. Does Not Boot Properly, Black Screen

I use Windows 10 64 bit.

My friend wanted to use his older 16 bit application, he tried to install something called NTVDM it gave some errors and he could not use it. After I tried to start my computer it gave me errors.

"Operating system couldn't be loaded because the kernel is missing or contains errors
File : \windows\system32\ntoskrnl.exe
Error code: 0xc0000221

I booted using USB drive went went into command prompt

tried bootrec /fixmbr operation successful
tried bootrec /fixboot access is denied
tried bootrec /scanos Identified windows installations: 1
tried bootec /rebuildbcd [1] c:\Windows
Add installation to boot list? Yes(Y)/No(N)/All(A)

if i answer Y or A it says The requested system device cannot be found

Any help here on this forum please?

The only option that it allows me to do is go to command prompt
I had tried DISM before but it had given me error, shall try again and paste the results here

Sorry I might sound stupid but the Drive seems to be GPT it says GPT 931.5 GB ..

hope this information can get me help sooner

one friend told me to go to c:windows\system32\Logfiles and check srttrails.txt.

When i start the Windows "ring" just moves. i started the computer 3 minutes ago, and its still moving.. the num lock is working

 

Finally it booted very slowly and started windows but it gave me errors

c:\windows \system32\idntvdm.dll is not designed to run on windows or contains an error. Try installing the program again using original installation ..

If i try to press any program icon it tells me that this program is not designed for this system. please contact the publisher.
