Windows 10 Driver Problem

In my laptop, Drivers are not installing on the windows 10.when I am using some of the big software for editing audio and the video files in my windows 10 laptop.But, windows 10 is not accepting such laptop drivers.so please suggest me the best driver for editing audio and video files in windows 10 operating system.please suggest me the driver which helps me a lot.if do you know the drivers download website you can suggest me.

Firstly, we need to know the full brand name and exact model number of your system, and what type of device it is - Desktop, Laptop etc.
In Windows 10 Settings > Update & Security > Advanced Options > make sure the box for 'other products' is checked with a tick in it.
Now run Windows Update > Check for Updates and see if it shows any Driver updates.
For specific software drivers, please tell us the exact name and version of the programs you want to update.

 

It would help ,as Max asked, to know your laptop/pc details.
