    Hi

Since updating, Windows doesn't recognise my DVD/CD Drive. Is there a fix for this, does anyone know?

    Cheers

What is the make and model for you computer? Have you checked the drivers at the manufacturer website?

It may be simply that W10 has failed to give it a drive letter for some reason. Right click the Start button > Disk Management. Does it appear at the bottom of the list of drives? If it does, right click it and click Change drive letters and paths and assign a drive letter.

No - it isn't listed there now :(

Hi - it is a composite computer. It was made for me, not one from a certain brand. How do I find the DVD/RW drive name to check for the latest driver?

    Thanks
