Windows 10 Fee,explain Plz. $

    Hi,
    I'm planning on getting a new PC and I have been hearing that Microsoft is charging to use there Windows 10 operating system. Is this true, could someone please explain what is going on. I'm not paying to rent Windows 10.

    There has been speculation about this but only as an option for business users, not for private users. Nothing has been announced yet AFAIK and I'm sure you would be safe to go ahead.
