Windows 10 Frequent Bsod "memory Management"

Happens, usually, when playing modded minecraft. But crashing while playing modded Fallout 4 is what prompted me to come here.

System specs:
I5-6400 CPU
GTX 750ti
8gb ram

I scan drives and ram, and no errors show up.
I can get any logs needed.

 

New wrinkle: Updated the video drivers and did a disk scan. rebooting from the scan and logging in a "hard error explorer.exe" popped up. Closing that and logging in gave me a brief view of my desktop before the screen went blue. I had a mouse cursor but is didn't do anything, and using hot-keys did nothing either. I could use ctrl+alt+delete, and tried to go to task manager to restart explorer, but I got a wordy .dll error there.

Tried safe mode, repairs, etc. finally decided to just reinstall.

Now I am performing my second reistall as the first one failed and ran through auto repair - auto repair failed- lather, rinse and repeat.
