Windows 10 Have To Re Start To Open

Hi, when turning computer on fans come on but no screen ,wait a while then have to press restart button that some times works but lately I have to stop the computer then try again but it is taken longer and longer to start then the screen comes on saying fault with computer ,restart or go to advance settings

Is there a more detailed error message when it says 'fault with computer'?
Have you gone into Device Manager to see if there are yellow warning question marks for any component there? (you must click on the arrow to open up all devices to view}

 

NO I think if your windows 10 does not load after a few shots this message comes up
No problems in Device Manager

 

Have you carried out any full system scans (not 'custom' or 'quick') with your installed Malware and AV programs?
That is worth doing, and if you don't currently have it, use the free version of MalwareBytes.

This error could relate to a windows service that isn't starting correctly. I haven't dealt with that kind of error in the recent past but a search shows some articles about that error code but I can't be sure they are directly relevant:

Even with any third-party AV program installed, 'Security Centre' should be set to automatic and started - this is what should appear for it when you run services from the search box:

 

No mcafee has turned off window defender so it not that , I wonder if its the graphic card as the drives both open but no picture have not got a spare but I would buy one if it would cure the problem

 

Windows Security Centre and Windows Defender are not the same thing. So if you don't see a 'Security Centre' service as in post #10 showing as automatic and started then that isn't right.
If you have already gone into device manager to check that all your display drivers show as 'working properly' and do not result in any updates when you choose 'update driver' > 'search everywhere including online', then maybe if you do have a graphics card (I don't see it listed in post #1) then maybe investigate that.

 

I would consider raising the size of the paging file, as you have a lot of data spread across those 3 hard drives, especially drive f, and, a fair bit on c- (You say operating system on g ) I assume this article may be relevant still - it seems it includes COM+, DCOM, and ActiveX Controls -
(In the 'old days' we used to make the page file one and a half times the installed ram), and I would envisage a lot use of paging going on with your three drives, loaded as they are.
I think it worth bringing event viewer, and open the link to Microsoft, as, quite often it will have an answer to the problem, and send it back to you.

I had a similar issue. My 6 year old PSU was failing. If it's possible, try a different PSU.

when scanning with Spybot-Search and Destroy twice only got half way when the screen went off
When first switching on the cooler fan takes a few about 30 seconds to start ,do not know if that makes any difference

 

Malwarebytes downloaded off site but unable to load ...wonder if I have got malware

 

That was a clear possibility when I asked you in post #6.
I suggest you try to follow the read and run me first instructions as the very top of the specialist malware forum and after post a new thread for the experts there to help you.

 

I am glad of the help I received and can say this is now solved ......It was the graphic card which I changed
