RESULTS of protocol seen on another thread...

    Speccy snapshot: http://speccy.piriform.com/results/yj8Y2NplrRAuIGgdYE2hquQ

Sfc /scannow ran twice with reboot: no errors
    dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth: completed successfully

I'll do a clean boot and post an update here if it hangs, yet that can take a long time... or a few minutes

I have also attached a long list of how I have been trying to find and fix the problem.

It's a miracle I have not wrecked everything.

I'll go search for Event Viewer errors and see what I can learn... especially
Event 1534, User Profile – there are many instances.
I have no idea where to “see tracelogging for details”

    Event 1534, User Profile
Profile notification of event Load for component {B31118B2-1F49-48E5-B6F5-BC21CAEC56FB} failed, error code is See Tracelogging for error details.
Profile notification of event Unload for component {B31118B2-1F49-48E5-B6F5-BC21CAEC56FB} failed, error code is See Tracelogging for error details.

    TIA

Uninstalled the two Windows updates of Jan 2? and Jan 4.
Let 'puter run without any significant activity on my part (regular start, not safe mode).
It SEEMS to not be locking up.
It's seemed fixed before only to disappoint. So, I wait...and watch.
    Holding my breath.

I wish Windows would tell me exactly WHAT is happening. Hardware? Software?
    I know, I'm dreaming.

I'm tempted to turn off as many apps running in the background as possible, but then I'd not know what the offending app is.

Ran all day (with almost no activity from me) without a problem. Went out - put 'puter to sleep. Came home - awakened 'puter...it ran for a few minutes then froze.

    What I did just now:

Although there is a file from Acronis to replace the one causing errors, I just....
Changed Page File that was on an old SSD "Z:" to ‘let windows manage page file for all drives’
Revoked Acronis permission setting to run in the background
End Task-ed all Acronis processes in task manager
Task Manager>startup (tab) disabled Acronis scheduler service helper, Acronis TIB Mounter Monitor, and Acronis True Image 2020
Sysconfig>general (tab) – changed from selective startup to Normal Startup
    Services: disabled all Acronis services

QUESTION to self figure out: What are user credentials in Acronis System Clean-up tool? I recognize one (my email) but the other is like e987klnwsdefiy - so to speak

Should I be watching Windows Logs>SYSTEM in Event viewer?
    Errors:
    Event 10016, distributedCOM
    Event 7034, Service Control Manager
    Event 1500, SNMP

Too much information methinks! Try uninstalling Acronis and re-install.
