Windows 10 Issue

My girlfriend got a windows 10 update last night when she went to turn her PC off. When she went to turn it back on the next day she started getting issues. when it boots up the list of keys to go into the bios and so on disappeared. When the PC boots up she can open anything, chrome, avast, or any other programs. Win+R works but when I type stuff in nothing opens up. Also End Process keeps popping up. If you end process the screen goes ro what ever color screen your theme is set for and nothing happens after that.

Otherwwise try system restore to before that update Type in the search box- system restore-click on create a restore point, then click system restore, and look for the last update, and restore to previous.

To get it to boot as you wanted......
---hold down the shift button and click restart button at the same time to achieve the same restart options without having it on all the time, if your Windows is running O.K
Or, your keyboard Press Windows key + R and type “msconfig”.
In the system configuration box, click on Boot tab, and click Safe boot option and tick Minimal box,
