So I am running Windows 10 on my home PC. My User is the only user & Admin on the PC

I recently decided typing in a PIN or password every time my pc goes to sleep was a little tedious, especially since I am the only person that uses my PC. So my first attempt to bypass the log-in screen i changed my power settings. and set my display to turn off after 1 hour,. and to Sleep: Never.

First I changed my Power Plan from AMD Ryzen Balanced to AMD Ryzen High Performance, then I changed this option in the Power & Sleep Settings, Control Pannel: Power Options, as well as going into the advances power options and settting the options inside my power plan so my hard drive would not go to sleep for 999999999 minutes also.

When i got home from work the next day, PC was asleep, and required a PIN to log on again. My Power Plan was canged back to balanced. and the sleep timer was returned to 2 hours.

So i tried editing the advanced settings of the balanced power plan, and reset everything back to never go to sleep.... once my pc is inactive for 2+ hours, it goes back to default settings.

So then i tried going into account > Sign In Options and went to "Require Windows Hello Sign-In for Microsoft Accounts" - Turned that off.

Also set Require Sign-in to Never

Then i went to Run > netplwiz > and "unticked" the User Must Enter Password to use this PC
Put in my Username & Password , Hit Apply

PC still requires Log-in After Each Sleep.... When i go back to the netplwiz My Username is changed from
    "dew4l1fe.gg@gmail.com" to just "dew4l"

Now the "interesting" thing to me is theSig in Options like "Require Sign-in: Never" dont ever default back to a different setting, buy my PC requires it anyways.. However the Power Settings are actually physically changing back to some hidden default.

I Have contacted windows support multiple times, and they have suggested things like "upgrade in place" my version of windows, as well as just removing my PIN from my PC.. none of which has worked.. So im hoping some of the expertise here can help me figure out what is causing my PC to ignore my settings and just do what it wants instead.
