Windows 10 S

I had one problem now have another The laptop I have comes with windows 10 s I understand that I can not down load anything onto it unless it comes from the windows stores. AND I have that family security and I really can not do anything because it is locked in a child and I have no child but when setting it up I guess I messed up and when filling out the birthdate I hit the year which would make me a child Anyone have any help or do I need to send this thing back and get something else.
