Windows 10 Sign-in

I recently had to reinstall my Windows 10 after many months of perfect operation and made a hash of my Windows sign-in.
Somehow I must have entered my Microsoft email address as Admin. instead of my name.
On sign-in, Windows tries to sign in with my name as previous but fails on password (my name is now not on the user accounts panel, it was before) and I have to use my email address to sign-in, which works fine.

At the left hand bottom of the sign-in screen there are two choices, one is my name as original which does not work and the other is my email ID name.
On clicking the email choice, it then asks for my email address and password, I enter it and Windows then signs-in and opens OK.
Also I have to enter my email address and password to view stored passwords on Chrome, Edge and Opera instead of just entering a password as previous.
My name was originally entered on Windows as Admin. it obviously remembers it, but as my name is no longer on my User Accounts panel, it fails.

The image shows my Windows Admin. entry - my email address that I do not want and my name is missing.

I need to fix it so that only my name is registered with password, so that on sign-in Windows opens automatically on my name to display my desktop, e.g Fred Blogs Admin and delete the email address so that Windows then uses only my name to automatically sign me in.

Please tell me exactly what is needed to get my sign-in to work automatically using only my name and dispense with the email address sign-in.
What I cannot risk is being locked out. My computer is vital to me during this COVID crisis, at least the cumbersome email sign-in does work.

How to change Microsoft account in Windows 10

    1. Open Windows Settings (Windows key + I).

    2. Then click Accounts and then click on Sign in with a local account instead.

    3. Then sign out of the account and sign in back.

    4. Now open Windows Setting again.

    5. Then click on Accounts and then click on Sign in with a Microsoft Account.

    6. Then enter the new email address.

You are using the old user accounts method that is not as useful as it once was.
