Windows 10 Update Error!

I'm running Win 10 Pro x64. There was a cumulative update released 1/27/16. Whenever I try to get this update through Windows Update, it gets to 5% of the download and then throws an error (see first 2 att'd). I tried different suggestions I found on the internet but it still throws the error no matter what.

I found the standalone installer for the update and ran it but the update didn't install (see att'd 3).

I also run Win 10 Enterprise x64 and the update installed with no issues.

Any ideas?
